2025 Lake Mirror Classic – Latest Event Updates for registrants.

This page will contain the latest important details for you to know about your event at this year’s Lake Mirror Classic.  See details in the appropriate section below and check for updates before you arrive at your gate on Friday or Saturday. Thank you.

Gate Info Emails

All Gate Info/Load-in emails will be sent on Oct. 12th/13th.
If you can’t find your email, the time mailed will be posted here (which helps you find it if it went to your Spam/Junk folder).
It is sent from “Lake Mirror Classic”.

Downtown Open Car Show: Emailed on Oct 12, 8pm – 10pm

Hot Rod Rendezvous: Emailed on Oct. 13 around 10:30pm

Concours d’Elegance: Emailed on Oct. 13, 11pm – midnight.

By Oct. 13th, you should have an email with instructions for arriving to your event.
If you have not received it, check your spam folder and reference the time above.

Last year, we did not find one case where someone didn’t get their email – except for several people who marked our announcements as SPAM – and thus cannot receive any emails from the event.  That is beyond our control.

Users on some platforms (AOL, hotmail, etc.) may receive the email in their Spam/Junk folder. Search for “Lake Mirror Classic” and you can find it.

Gate Info TEST Emails

On Oct. 3rd & 4th, we sent emails to all participants. This was an informational email to remind you of the upcoming Gate Info emails on the 12th/13th.  We also did this to check the validity of email addresses because your gate assignment Email is pretty important.  If you didn’t receive this Test then you need to check your SPAM/JUNK folder or else you will miss your Gate Info email on the 12th/13th.

Similar to Gate 6 in the next section below.  The issue is the Farmers Market which has Kentucky blocked off from the Railroad Tracks up to E Bay Street.  You are not able to turn off Florida and drive East on W Pine or Traders Ally.
Big Mess, so don’t do that.

You’ve got to be at least as far NORTH as E. Oak St. to stay clear of that Farmer’s Market traffic. And then come down Massachusetts to the Gate 4/5 Entrance.

Special Entry Instructions for Gate 7

Entry Directions For GATE 7

Due to construction SOUTH of Gate 7, we cannot take the path from prior years. Sorry for the inconvenience.

All Gate 7 vehicles need to assemble on Orange St. at Missouri.
(This is on the West side of Florida Ave)
One easy way to hold here is going South on Missouri from Lemon.
If you are too early, you’ll still have to wait for your time slot.

We will have volunteers to assist this staging area.
There will be police to assist in crossing Florida as the Gate traffic allows.

Easy. Have a great day!  Have fun!
